Found in Cumbria, UK, from the Carboniferous period (300-360 million years ago).  Piece of fern measures approx: L 4 x 2 cm.  Matrix measures approx: L 10.2 x W 6.3 x D 1.5 cm.  Base is flat and polished smooth.  Plastic stand included.
